Working with a variety of papers and students is a great opportunity to get a humbling perspective on the diversity of personalities here on campus.
What I wish was different
I wish there were more hours to be offered to students so that I could get more time on campus as a Writing Consultant!
Advice
Get involved on campus in the field you are interested in having a career in. Reach out to professors, other faculty, or clubs associated in your field!

What I liked
I loved it! Everyone was super supportive and it was a great way to connect with other students that are on the same path.
What I wish was different
There's definitely a method to the madness! I prefer to work in more organized environments.
Advice
I think it's important to put yourself out there. The most valuable experiences require lots of time and investment. It's very difficult to balance these things with school, but you get used to it after time.
